Very happy with this place. Nice people. Good menu. Good burritos. The place was very cold on the inside. Looking forward to trying more items.

My husband is a huge burrito fan, so we had to come try Speedy Burritos! He especially loves breakfast burritos so we were happy to see you can order them all day here. It's a hole-in-the-wall place on Wells that has very authentic Mexican food. We both got breakfast burritos, mine was regular size for $8 and my husband got a large for $10. These burritos were both huge, we could only eat about half of it in one sitting! The menu says the breakfast burritos come with eggs, potatoes, cheese, beans, and choice of meat. I got mine with bacon and my husband got his with chorizo. We both thought they tasted great! They were packed full of ingredients and the flavor was delightful. My husband wasn't a fan of having beans in his breakfast burrito and will ask for it without beans next time. They have a salsa bar so you can pick which salsas you want and how much which we loved. Their spiciest one was our favorite! You order at the counter and it took about 10-15 mins for our food to come out. This is a solid spot and we will plan to come back again!

I see people in the reviews saying this is best taqueria in town. Those people need to get out more. The food here is definitely good but saying it's the best is laughable. It's not a coincidence that all the people saying this are gringos.

This is my favorite burrito restaurant. The burritos are huge and very reasonably priced. Their breakfast burritos and chile verde burritos are my favorite-both delicious! Really good guacamole and love the salsa bar. Clean, colorful bright interior and really cute little patio. Service is friendly and prompt-love it!

Bin coming to this spot for over 10 years! Why haven't I reviewed them? The food is always delicious and served fresh/Hot. This is a family business I will always recommend. They are friendly with a speedy delivery. The place is always clean, with an appetizing salsa bar to top any of their yummy food options.

It's a must visit! They have a wide selection of authentic Mexican food. The staff is always very welcoming and happy to share any recommendations. It's a small place but with quite a bit of seating. I stopped by for some carnitas nachos during the lunch hour and didn't have to wait too long for my order. They also have a self service salsa bar.

Speedy Burrito was in fact speedy today. My first time here and staff was friendly and fast. Large menu with a lot of choices and you can get breakfast all day. Price is average for the area. I got the Al Pastor burrito and it was good. Though i would probably ask for no lettuce next time. Cold lettuce and a warm burrito just arent my style. The large can def feed two people.

A friend tipped me off to Speedy Burritos as we were headed to a show at The Virgil down the street. I've got to say, I was super impressed. The food is great, the portions are huge and pricing is very good, even after some inflation. In our group we ordered the California Burrito, a Chile Relleno burrito and the Veggie Supreme. All were very good but the Veggie Supreme deserves a special mention. It has a great assortment of veggies, including broccoli. It is massive - easily capable of serving two people. There's a pretty good assortment of veggie options on the menu. Noting here that the burritos include real avocado chunks that were perfectly ripe instead of some questionably brown mashed avocado quasi-guacamole concoction. There's a nice selection of salsas at the little salsa bar. Also of note was that the staff was super friendly and it was spotlessly clean. This is the opposite of most of the other taqueria places around Reno. Even though Wells Ave is not the most convenient location for my usual Reno stops, I will definitely be putting Speedy Burrito into my rotation.

Still the same after all these years. Still pretty good food for a reasonable price. They have added a couple of order kiosks so you can order without taking up the staffs time. The place lacks any ambiance beyond some decor. The staff is really friendly sometimes and kind of lackadaisical others. Overall, if you want a quick reliable bite to eat, Speedy can fill you up.
